25% reduction for local government including Councils & PCTs
50% reduction for charities & community groups

Additional 15% discount for new client bookings for first session booking.

- pen & paper per delegate plus printing of 20 A4 sheets
- flip chart pad & pens
- hot beverage per delegate full day and half day
- use of kitchenware
- emergency phone calls
Charges for extras if required:
- additional equipment charge agreed at time of booking
- 10 training laptops with internet access (please enquire regarding costs)
- additional printing charged per A4 sheet
- additional flip chart paper charged at £2.50 per pad
- juice drinks charged at £1 per delegate
- buffet or other catering charge agreed at time of booking
