The Step Up project has brought together a team of three specialist advisers to provide a high standard of advice and guidance for voluntary and community groups. We can offer one-to-one support in:

We have extensive resources and training available from our supporting organisations – The Learning Curve, Volunteer Centre Swindon and Charities Information Bureau South and West.

- Alternative and innovative ways for employee development including:

The Step Up team can support your events too
We offer free workshops or surgeries covering workforce development, volunteer management and funding.
By delivering workshops and surgeries we aim:
- To give additional value to your event.
- To provide your organisation with an additional support service to help the groups you are supporting
- To encourage the groups attending the event to book One2One outreach information and advice sessions for further individual support.
Contact any one of the advisors to arrange a meeting and to find out how we can help you. One of the specialist team will initially make contact with you and arrange a fact-finding visit. The team will then decide on the best course of action, whether that would be a further advisor visit or a suggested support strategy.
