This Community Lunch is for those who know how Parliament works and want to learn about getting involved, it will contain a quick overview of Parliament to ensure that everyone knows the basics, and give some more detailed coverage of the methods to get your voice heard, such as Select Committees, Parliamentary questions, All-Party Parliamentary groups. The aim is to make Parliament more accessible, and make it more straightforward to find out what’s happening there, and work with groups to ensure that it’s easier for people to get involved in issues of relevance to them.
