Free advice and guidance qualification for the voluntary sector*

The Learning Curve is launching the new Certificate in Advice and Guidance.  Advice and Guidance qualifications are aimed at individuals who are working directly with clients in organisations providing advice and guidance services in settings such as careers guidance, Connexions, youth work and youth justice, training providers, prison services, charitable and voluntary services and housing.

This qualification could be offered at no cost to employers or their employees/voluntary staff depending on their prior qualifications*

This qualification provides the learner with an opportunity to review their own performance, expand their knowledge and understanding and provide effective continual professional development.  The employer benefits include a qualified workforce, more favourable for professional indemnity insurance and a raised level of perceived professionalism in the market place.
