To enable The Learning Curve to meet its aim and intended outcomes it operates as a Lead Provider where some provision is delivered via third sector sub-contracted partner organisations.
Potential partners (and existing partners who wish to deliver in 2016/2017) are invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) to deliver adult education provision for the 2016/2017 academic year in line with The Learning Curve's aim, intended outcomes and priorities:
The Learning Curve aim is to provide: community-based high quality learning along with information and advice to support people into quality local employment; and services to help achieve both the needs and aspirations of local people and local employers.
The Learning Curve outcome: A result of our work should be that socially and economically disadvantaged people are more able to lead fulfilled lives and support themselves.

- 19+ NEETS, young people not in education, employment or training and those not taking up other opportunities or participating
- Unemployed adults
- Those who have never worked
- People who are socially excluded
- Older people
- Staff of third sector organisations

- Personal development including resilience, well-being and inclusion
- IT skills/ digital inclusion.

Before entering into a contract prospective partners will undergo a comprehensive due diligence process prior to any delivery which will include contractual requirements, track record, the type of provision proposed and their location to ensure The Learning Curve is able to effectively respond to demand whilst reflecting local skills priorities.
