Current NVQs in learning and development will not be available beyond March 2011. There is an urgent need to consult on what would be appropriate qualifications to replace these in the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).
Lifelong Learning UK is working with partners across all sectors to propose new qualifications for the learning and development workforce throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The proposed draft qualifications will soon be available to be consulted on.
