How do I access this Training?
The process is straight forward. A Learning Curve training advisor will diagnose the skills needs of the key Leaders/Managers in your organisation and complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). This will identify the training and development needed. The Learning Curve Advisor will assist the Leaders/Managers identify the most appropriate skills development available.
Eligibility criteria for the Leadership and Management programme:
- 3rd Sector or small private enterprises with less than 50 employees
- Participants must complete an Individual Learning Plan in order to identify relevant skill development needs
- Personal development must be provided to the key leaders/managers in the organisation
- Accredited or non-accredited training and development must be at Management Level 3-4
- Participants must be 19+ years old and EU residents or UK residents for 3+ years
