What is Achieve!

Achieve! is a local training project funded by the European Social Fund to provide a flexible approach to meeting the skills training needs of local businesses and community enterprises operating within the Bristol areas of Ashley, Easton, Filwood, Lawrence Hill & Windmill Hill.

Who is it for?

It is designed for Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with up to 249 employees operating in the following sectors:

  • Retail
  • Health & social care
  • Construction
  • Engineering
  • Community Enterprises / charities and Not-for-profit SMEs working in support of these sectors

Within these SME’S, training is aimed at employees such as managers, supervisors, team leaders and other workers.

Free training already available to some employees as part of the Learning and Skills Council’s –Train2Gain Programme is enhanced through Achieve! by offering free training to all other employees to give a comprehensive training plan that will help businesses to move forward.
