Have Your Say ...

The Learning Curve welcomes feedback, comments, complaints or assessment appeals and will treat them confidentially. They will all be investigated thoroughly and fairly and wherever possible a remedy found. The information gained will be used to see what we are doing right or wrong to improve our services in the future.

We aim to provide the highest standard of service possible, but we appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong or you may like to comment or feedback on something. We would like to learn from any mistakes, comments or feedback we receive to ensure that we continue to improve our service and you can help us to do this.

You Said, We Did:
Here is some of the feedback that has helped us improve what we offer:

You said ...   We did
Work Programme clients asked for a wider range of Health & Safety courses   We are now able to offer CSCS Preparation, Emergency First Aid and Health and Safety at Work courses
Work Programme clients asked for literacy support   We have introduced a new Literacy for Work qualification and we are looking forward to increasing the number of English classes we can offer
Our Young Parents asked us to offer longer courses to help them build their knowledge and skills   We are currently carrying out a consultation project with a range of past and current learners to identify the type of training and qualifications that would be most beneficial for them
Our Education & Training learners said they found using the e-learning module problematic   Future courses will all be taught sessions
Our learners studying English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) said they wanted to improve their IT skills   We now offer computer courses to our ESOL learners
Our local community said they wanted to learn how to access the internet from iPads and tablets   We sourced funding to purchase lots of new equipment and courses will be starting soon!
Our Prince's Trust Team programme learners wanted to be able to keep in touch via social media   We regularly share lots of Team programme stories on Facebook and Twitter and each Team also has its own FB page
Our clients and learners asked for digital copies of their new CVs so they can keep them up to date   We now provide learners with their CVs on memory sticks and also add other useful information

Our leaflet below contains further information about our processes and includes a form to complete and return to us.
