This is a flexible and fun programme for young mums-to-be. The course takes you through everything you need to know about your pregnancy and the early stages of baby care as well as labour and pain relief. The course is held in an informal, relaxed and friendly environment where you can learn with friends and share experiences.
The course lasts for 15 weeks (1 day per week) and you can gain a level 1 qualification at the same time.
