Mindfulness is the art of being in the present moment - with acceptance and without judgement. Mindfulness practices enhance health and wellbeing by helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
This introductory day will give you an introduction to mindfulness practices to help manage stress and enhance wellbeing. Suitable for those new to Mindfulness and those who wish to refresh and practise their skills.
Our courses are run by members from our group of experienced Mindfulness teachers. This one will be led by Jenny Wilks.
Cost £55. Please bring a vegetarian contribution towards a shared lunch.
