This programme is a Vocationally Related Qualification (VRQ) designed to provide the learner with essential knowledge and skills required to enable them to offer the best professional approach to caring for people with dementia.

Initial group induction and workbooks handed out at your site/Individual support and guidance from tutor.
The ASET Level 2 Certificate in Dementia Care is well suited to support progression to the full range of S/NVQ's in Health and Social Care, or to a full range of other work-based qualifications. Further learning opportunities may include: The Managing and Safe Handling of Medicines, The Control of Infection and Contamination, Care Practices, Moving and Handling Clients Safely or ASET Health and Safety in the Workplace
