This latest version of the qualification provides an introduction to teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector. You may already be working in this area, or are perhaps considering a career in the sector. It is also an essential gateway to attaining ATLS OR QTLS status.
This practical course will help you to develop the following:
- Planning and delivering courses
- The role, responsibilities and relationships of the tutor
- Using inclusive techniques to meet individual needs
- How to effectively assess learning
- How to reflect and act on feedback
