Starting salary: £20,200 - £21,219 per annum pro rata

Location: Melksham Office with travel throughout Wiltshire and Swindon

As a key member of our Young People’s Learning Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering new programmes across Swindon and Wiltshire to support young Dads in developing their parenting skills. These accredited courses will be delivered predominantly through individual tutoring, supported by project and group work.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- a recognised teaching qualification (e.g. DTLLS or equivalent) combined with relevant teaching experience
- ability to build rapport with young people whilst also maintaining professional boundaries
- ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners
- effective communication skills and ability to adapt approach to suit different stakeholders
- ability to travel throughout Wiltshire and Swindon
It is a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010 for the post-holder to be male due to the close working with young fathers.
