We require an MIS Administrator with excellent attention to detail, data entry and report writing skills to join our Performance and Quality Team. This team supports the smooth running of the organisation through collecting and submitting accurate and timely information to funding bodies, creating management information reports and establishing and maintaining core processes.

As MIS Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately entering data onto learner management systems in accordance with internal and external requirements. You will also use your problem solving skills to identify and resolve data validation errors. You will produce routine and bespoke reports, using your data manipulation skills combined with an ability to present complex information clearly. In addition, you will work as part of a wider administration team and share responsibility for minute taking at staff meetings, providing an efficient and welcoming reception service and handling outgoing post.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • accurate data entry and IT skills and a process-orientated approach
  • previous experience of collating and manipulating data to create reports
  • strong communication skills to enable you to liaise effectively with delivery team colleagues to resolve issues and share best practice
  • to be a team player who is able to contribute to the continual improvement of our internal systems
  • to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office packages (ideally including Access) and an ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly
  • previous experience of meeting deadlines within a busy office environment
  • Level 2 qualifications in literacy and numeracy and ideally a Business Administration qualification
