Learning Curve provides
In 2005 the Learning Curve became a provider of the Wiltshire and Swindon Learning and Skills Council’s new "skills4business" initiative. We offered development opportunities including NVQs consisting of:
- Free or subsidised training at Level 2 together with a wage contribution whilst the employees are in training
- Training to improve literacy, numeracy skills, and English as a second language
- Subsidised training at Level 3, eg First Line Manager or professional development training
