Training Needs Analysis
In 2005 Learning Curve offered training needs analysis for organisations in Wiltshire and Swindon. This involved:
Wiltshire
A specialised training officer in each CVS to talk to organisations about their training needs. They also provided Signposting and Training.
Swindon
In Swindon there were up to 19 hours of support for 10 groups each year - 10 of those 19 hours provided by a specialist in the area identified with support needs.
