The Infrastructure Development Plan identified Workforce Development as a key priority. Learning Curve led on setting up and running the local workforce development hub.

Deliver workforce and performance improvement programmes directly where appropriate

Directly deliver a range of accredited courses, through appropriate mainstream funding.

Provide access to appropriate e-learning

A range of accredited and non-accredited learning providing progression routes is available to VCS staff
