Development of a Wiltshire & Swindon Workforce Development Hub The Wiltshire & Swindon ChangeUp infrastructure consortium included: The Infrastructure Development Plan identified Workforce Development as a key priority. Learning Curve led on setting up and running the local workforce development hub.
