Certificate in Generalist Advice

This course is part of a rolling program throughout 2008.

This competence based training and assessment programme for new advisers aims to improve the quality of advice by identifying what a generalist adviser should be able to do and the underpinning knowledge, skills and attitudes required. This is provided using a structured and flexible programme of learning to enable them to achieve the required level of competence and a structured system of assessment using records of learning to ensure they complete at each stage.
