• Organise workforce & organisational development for the voluntary and community sector
• Enable the voluntary and community sector to provide high quality learning and to work with the Learning and Skills Council and other learning and skills agencies
• Provide learning and training to individuals and organisations
• Carry out research, development and consultancy
