Fully funded training is available for Voluntary & Community organisation employees and volunteers
Train to Gain offers:
- A free review of your organisation's learning and skills needs
- Grant funding to help develop the leadership and management skills within a business
- Sourcing of the most appropriate training and potential financial support to some organisations
- Funding towards level 2 and 3 training qualifications
- Funding to develop basic literacy and numeracy skills (leading to a nationally recognised qualification)
- Funding towards short courses and accredited training to support organisations through the current economic climate
Funding may be available for employees and volunteers already holding a Level 2 or 3 qualification to complete another Level 2 or 3 qualification that is relevant to their organisation.
All UK companies including voluntary and community organisations can access the Train to Gain brokerage service. Organisations with less than 50 employees may be eligible to receive a contribution towards wage costs.

We are also able to support staff and volunteers who may wish to brush up on literacy & numeracy or their spoken English. This can be achieved through a range of bespoke courses, delivered in the workplace and can lead to a nationally recognised qualification.

Employees eligibility requirements:
Must be 19+, an EU resident for the last 3 years, in full or part time employment or a volunteer. Please see the Eligibility Matrix document in the links section below.
