Inclusion through learning

How do we support people and communities to move away from poverty and exclusion?

• What does the third sector do to ‘combat poverty and social exclusion’ in the South East?
• How does the third sector support excluded people into employment?
• What partnerships already exist?
• What effect does partnership working have on the individual?
• What are the benefits for communities?
• What is happening at a European level?

This conference will provide you with answers to the questions above, it will provide ideas for future working with different partners and highlight how the Third Sector contributes to ‘combating poverty and social exclusion’ in the South East and help our statutory partners to better understand how we do this.

This conference is for:

• People working for organisations providing learning for disadvantaged groups
• People working for organisations supporting people into employment
• People who are interested in developing partnerships which support excluded people into learning and employment
• People who are keen to find out more about the support of the third sector around inclusion and learning
